I have my My A1000 printer finally printing properly using XP after installing SP15246. But only after changing the properties in advanced Print Processor from Compaq Print Processor/LEMF to WinPrint/RAW. After doing this it prints and copies great. The problem now is the scanner doesn't scan. Any thoughts on this as to why everything works except for the scanner? Any information and help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you bradf....
