Try re-entering your password until it asks whether you wish to send an error message. When it has been sent there is a line that says would you like more information, click this. On that page go to help and support. Print off the instructions and follow these.
However I'm still stuck on the step about logging in as the computer administrator. I think it has to be the login of the person who set-up your computer to legitimately download the new update, but it won't update for anyone without deleting a couple of exe. files that the instructions list and search may miss.
If you have success please let everyone know. It's a common problem becaue the new updates are not compatible with the previous set-up, so don't load by themselves.
