only works under administrator

I am installing lotus notes on a xp pro machine lotus
notes works fine if I have the user as a local
administrator but if I make them a limited user they can
no longer see the dictionary. Any advice on fixing this
would be appreciated.

Probably Lotus Notes has to write to a directory for which the limited
user has no write permission. Check with Notes tech support (probably
can find this on their website) for how to deal with this issue. It
certainly sounds like it will be a known issue.
