After updating drivers on Windows XP clients, I am
getting a communication error message "unable to
initialize the connection" when attempting to access
printer properties, preferences, and defaults. After
select okay thru several of these pop-up messages, I am
able to make my selections and submit jobs for printing.
Does any know what causes this?
