Windows XP is crashing randomly with a blue screen that says it has to dump the memory to the hard disk. The only error discription I see is "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL". It says that this may be caused by newly installed hardware or software. The only thing I
have added is a Rio Karma mp3 player, connected by usb, and the Rio Music Manager software. I installed that last month and the crashes started this past week. Does anyone know what the error message means and what to do to fix this?

Also search the MS Knowledge Base, linked from the MS URL below, and
search for the error.
