Printers

My printer, Lexmarkz25/z35 will not print, I went to trouble shooting, it says that there is a document printing, it also says in the subject portion deleting printing. I can not get it to cancel the printing how do I go about doing that

From the command prompt, type

net stop spooler

(and hit enter)

Now go back to the Control Panel, Printers & Faxes, right click on the
printer and click on Cancel Printing.

Now restart the print spooler... from the command prompt, type

net start spooler

(and hit enter)
