Disabling Tray Clock

Anyone know how to programatically set the "Show the Clock" option
for the tray?

right mouse click on an open space in the taskbar and click on properties,
you will find what you want.

Do you read English?

PROGRAMATICALLY like using C or VB or some other code to
do it.
