My anti-virus found a virus in this file but cannot clean
it and I can't delete it, and I'm not sure if I should
delete it anyway. Is there anything I can do?

Greetings --

You don't want to keep those files. Cmd32.exe/System32.exe _are_
the worm; they're certainly not a valid WinXP system file. Pay
particular attention to _all_ of the removal instructions:

W32.Kwbot.C.Worm
