Error 25002- Uninstalling Norton Anti-Virus

What is Error 25002 extension DLL and why can I not
uninstall Norton Anti-Virus from my computer? I am trying
to uninstall Norton so I can reinstall it. However when I
go to uninstall it it will not and just says Error 25002
has occurred and that it is a fatal error.
