Using Windows XP Movie Maker 2 I am unable to save to
movie because of insufficient hard drive temporary
storage spece. I have cleared the C drive temporary
files and deleted several completed movie files on the
hard drive but am still advised that there is
insufficient hard drive storage space.

How big is the hard drive?

How much free space do you have?

How long is the movie 'footage'?

My drive has 105 GB capacity and 5 GB are still available.

The movie is 51 minutes long.
Thanks Cari!

A 51 minute AVI is going to be about 10.7gb in size.

Less than 15% of free space on ANY hard drive is a really bad idea.
