I recently, purchased a inno3D Tornado Gforce4 mx 440
128 Mb Pci graphics card.I have Winxp Pro.My problem is
the computer does not bootup consistently when I power
up. When it does bootup properly everything works fine.
My computer meets all system requirements for this
grahpics card. The only thing I've noticed is that when I
loaded the drivers, I was informed the card is
not "digitally signed".Is this the source of my bootup
problems ? If so, what is the solution ? Any assistance
is most welcome.

Thank you,

Not being digitally signed just means that Microsoft wasn't paid to test the
drivers in their quality lab. I load drivers all the time that aren't
digitally signed
and have had no trouble. Have you looked in your mother board manual to
see if the slot your graphics card is in shares an irq with another slot?
When it boots up does device manager report any conflicts?
