From 2kPro to XP, now non-boot data disk (dynamic) unreadable

Formatted boot drive (separate physical drive) and
installed XP w/SP1. Will not read OTHER disk drive that
was created in Win2kPro and is a dynamic volume.
Any idea why it can't see my data or how to MAKE it see
this data?
