My display is upside-down!! Help!!

I was cont-alt-del to get out of a screen because the
batteries in my wireless mouse had died and all of a
sudden the screen flickered and then everything
reappeared upside-down! (turned 180 degrees). What can
I do to turn it back to normal???

Try Ctrl-alt-up arrow or Ctrl-alt-down arrow.
