All of a sudden a box pops up on the screen stating that
the messenger has encountered a problem and will shut
down. The error report is sent to Microsoft who says
they do not have a fix but try downloading version 4.7.
Did so and sameting keeps happening. How can I fix this
or delete messenger, I do not use this. I tried to
delete file and states some are read ony and won't
delete. I have on to add/remove programs and can not find
it. In Noton I have gone thru options and unclicked
messenger and still happens. Need help bc pop-up is
annoying.
