Run as - Which user account do you want to run this program

When I open IE 6.0 a prompt comes up saying this:
Run As (in the header)
Which user account do you want to use to run this program?
Current user (USER\Owner)
Protect my computer and data from unauthorized program activity



How do you turn this prompt off??
