I have a similar problem. I get as far as running backup
job but am then told - 'there is no unused media available
with the selected type'. The default name for the media is
set as 'New' but it will not work with used tapes
regardless of whether they've been erased or formatted.
According to HP the drives are supported and use the
4mmdat.sys driver. If I get anywhere I'll contact you.

Brian

Thanks very much for letting me know. My real email is
with the nospam removed and a dot between the co
and uk.

Sorry to be a pain about giving out my email address but I get so much spam
from these groups.

Regards, Jerry
