Incoming fax

I'm using Windows XP in MS Fax console Temp Preview the only page that I can view is the cover page. If there is more than one page I can't seem to open page 2, 3 etc.What am I doing wrong????

Maybe they are only sending one page. Many of the questions about
the Microsoft Fax program in this and other newsgroups have to do
with how to send other than the cover page.

What error message? What happens if you increase the number of rings?
