Windows XP cannot detect my card reader which using parallel port. Is there
anyway use the device?

Try to go to the manufacturers web site and look for XP compatible
drivers - if there are none you could try win2000 drivers instead, if that
doesn't work your out of luck

Hi,

Have you enabled the card reader feature in the mobo BIOS
and set the jumper correctly? Pls refer to your mobo user
manual.
