does anybody know: has this software been tested with
Windows XP?

DivX MPEG-4 Video Codec install
; Version 3.1alpha
; NT & 9x (2k tested !)

has anyone feed back from installing it them selve.

I dont believe there has been any official testing on our end, you may want
to speak with the DivX folks about the compatibility.

I've installed 3.11 and 4.11 without any problems on XP Pro.
