Uninstall and reinstall.....disconnect the printer from the PC and follow
the instructions at

Download the new drivers from the HP website...
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/all_in_one/software/oj500_ENU_xp1605.exe

Install the software but do NOT reconnect the printer until the software
tells you to do so.
