Hi - I've tried to copy a music CD. It works fine when
played back on my PC - but not at all in the CD player.
Can anyone help?

some older CD players won't play burned copies. try a friends cd player or
car stereo. It should play in something besides your computer.

p.s. what format did you use. if you used windows media (wma), your
computer will probably be the only player for you.

Two variables can prevent your home or car player from playing a music
oriented CD.
One is file format. Open the CD, and checkout the filenames. What are the
last 3 letters on all the files?
Another is media. Most standalone CD players cannot recognize most colored
CDRs. Many will recognize shiny silver CDRWs. What color and type of CD
media are you using?
