Hi Nicholas,

Thanks for your detailed info on "Dual Power" System.

What about the use of a "Dual Bios"?
Does a Dual Power System directly imply a motherboard with a "Dual Bios" ?

Thanks alot,
Merrvyn

The Dual Power System has nothing to do with the Dual
BIOS.

I have a Gigabyte MB also, and I think they are great.
The Dual BIOS is for recovery issues. When you update
your BIOS and for some reason it gets screwed up, you
have your default BIOS to fall back on. It's more or less
a security feature.

Jay

Hi Nicholas,

May I know what do you mean by the following:
"The board's power converter has an additional module and upon its
installation it turns 6-channel?"
What is the purpose of the 6-channel? Normall how many channel does a system
have?

Thanks alot again,
Merrvyn
