Windows Installer

Whenever I start up my cpu, I get the Windows Installer
screen, and it says that it's preparing to install, and
Windows Configure my printer. I've already done this,
and my printer is already set up. Is there a way for me
to fix this, or stop this from happening everytime I
start my computer?
