Thanks very much in advance for any help.
We're running XP Pro and have 5 user accounts, each with
administrative privileges. We're running in the mode that allows fast
user switching. When any user opens "My Computer" on the desktop, the
"My Documents" folder of each of the other users is listed. When that
user (the one whose folder doesn't appear for the other users) opens
"My Computer", she sees all other users' "My Documents".
What might be different for that particular user such that her "My
Documents" folder isn't present for the other users. I've already
checked the properties of that user's folder to make sure "Make this
folder private" is not checked. I've read about dragging that folder
to the "Shared Documents" folder, but I haven't done that for the
other users and their folders are still available to the others.
Thanks again for any help.

Check to see if there is a value & the correct path for the user under this registry key:
"HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Exp lorer\DocFolderPaths"

Keith,
The value was not present under the registry key. Adding it corrected
the issue.
Thank you very, very much. I really appreciate your taking the time
to solve my problem.
