I HAVE BEN TRYING TO GET THIS PRINTER TO WORK IT' TELLS ME INCORRECT PORT DETECTED PLEASE HELP

Did you:

a) Install the software BEFORE you connected the printer?

b) To what port have you connected the printer? USB? If so, on the
motherboard or PCI card or to a hub... and if hub, powered or unpowered?

And PLEASE turn OFF the Caps Lock Key. It's considered shouting.
