Been having trouble imaging my C: drive using Acronis
True Image 7.0 (Build 597). I can image D: (which is
smaller than C:). Acronis techs say it's maybe a problem
with SP2 and claim that since SP2 hasn't been officialy
released they don't support it.

Does anyone know if the SP2 has been officially released?
If not what are all those hotfixes identified as SP2?

Thanks to any and all.

SP2 for Windows XP has not been released yet. It's likely due by the summer.

Have you installed the beta (RC1)? You shouldn't expect Acronis to support
the use of their application on a beta version of Windows.

I guess I don't really have SP2, only the hotfixes that
have been released. I haven't installed any betas of
anything. I'm not that good at this computing thing to
handle betas. Thanks for the info on SP2 -- that
clarifies things somewhat.
