I've tried to download the TweakUI powertoy for my XP-SP1a box, but each
time I try I get an error that it is not a valid Win32 application. I have
checked my hosts file to see if I have been redirected, but it has nothing
other than localhost 127.0.0.1. I've tried multiple times on multiple days
after rebooting, etc. I have all the latest and greatest from Wupdate. I
have been able to download the desktop manager and it runs without problems
as well as other powertoys. Anyone else encounter this problem?

Hi Kyle,

Make sure you are NOT downloading the TweakUI for Itanium systems. The
TweakUI that yo would be looking for is the third from the top.

Direct link to download the executable:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/f/c/a/fca6767b-9ed9-45a6-b352-839afb2a2679/TweakUiPowertoySetup.exe
