Startup Men & Folder

Somehow, I managed to get triplicate startup folders on
my startup menu. Two of them are empty but I can't seem
to get rid of them. Can anybody help me?

Right-click on Start button and select Open. Under 'Programs' folder you
will find the 'Startup'. You can delete/add anything here that would get
reflected in Start - Programs - Startup.

You can reach the same Startup folder as "C:\Documents and Settings\<your
login id>\Start Menu\Programs\Startup" also
