These are my problems: I have a Creative Modem blaster
with drivers for XP, and a solid configuration.
Previously I had had win98, and everything was fine, I
connected to the internet, surfed at normal speed... Now,
my connection is quite faulty, I CAN connect, every time,
and I didn't get dissconnected once, but my connection is
slow. Allthough is says that I'm connected to 4.6kbps or
whatever, it takes 20 minutes to download a 0.5MB file,
and the connection has a lot of STOPS and GOs (It
often "freezes", beeing able to download nothing, and
then continues again). The other funny thing is that this
is connected to recieving, not sending data. I was
sending some files to my friend, and the transfer speed
was over 3kpbs, but when I needed to download it's hell.
And also, the number of errors shown in the connection
status is extrodinary.
