Using the command line in the debug mode I get no
response at parallel or serial ports when I use the o or
i options, a method that I use regularly with WIN98.
When I use a C program to attempt to operate the same
thing a windows error pops asking to be sent to Microsoft
and the program stops. Is there a glitch in DOS, WINXP
or both?
