prblem with Windows XP professional

I am using windows XP professional and my laptop is Acer
Aspire 1400 with 256 MB RAM.
I have intalled Nokia pc suite 9210i. When I do the
syncronisation for contacts, between Nokia and my
Microsoft outlook 2000, My system reboots and it copies
only 5-6 addresses to my Nokia communicator and then I do
the syncronisation again. This time also it copies
another 5-6 addresses and the system again reboots. Can
somebody tell me what to do to solve this proble.
I have copied my email data on another laptop and the
syncronisation works perfectly well from this other
laptop which is on Windows 98

Not familiar with the Nokia software but is there an update to it for XP
perhaps?
