If your Bios supports the 120Gig:
You can (DISKCOPY) or GHOST over all your infomation and
create your partion sizes to whatever size you want (NTFS)
Or
You can put in the new drive and install XP and programs.
make your old HD the slave and pull over the Files or
leave it there as a second drive.
