Need help desperatly - Can not set screen resolution

I am unable to apply screen resolution ( will not go
beyond 640 x 480)AFTER SP1 upgrade...I work with
graphics. Your help is very much appreciated.

Update your video driver from the maufacturer's website.

Reinstall the video driver from the CDs that came along with your PC.
