I have no idea why this screen pops up and wants to know if I want to debug?
Could someone help??

I did as the site you gave told me to do. Now I still will have to wait and

In internet options---advanced ---disable script debugging and error
reporting.

In other words ... NO check mark beside each of them? That is what I did.
I removed the check mark that were in front of them. Please let me know.

You want a check mark next to disable script errors.
No check mark next to the notify about script errors option.
