Program delete

My new computer came with a program (if you can call it
that) Called "SAVE' from a company called WhenU.com. I
want it gone!! But when you try to delete it I get the
message Access denied. make sure the dics is not write
protected or the program in not in use. The readme.txt
only advises to delete through Add/Remove. But it's not
even listed there. What now?

I have installed the free software Ad-aware that finds and deletes that kind
of so called programs.
The first time I tried it it found 75 object to remove. Check it at
www.lavasoft.de

Thanks for the info Dan. After using AD-aware I was able
to delete the program and it's folder. Lets hope it
won't come back. That one was anoying.
