Hi,
What mouse you are using?
Try install the drivers again.
For ordinary standard PS/2 mouse, go to device manager,
click on the mouse device. In the drop down list, click
the PS/2 mouse, click the driver tab and then click remove.
Click apply and confirm then close windows and reboot. Let
windows search it for you and install the drivers.
If symthoms persists, may be it is the time for a new
mouse.
Hope it helps.
