outlook express can not delete message in out box

i have a message in the out box that i can't delete. it
will send but the message will still be there. i can't
use outlook express because of it? thanks for the help...

Deleted Items is probably corrupt.
Go to Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store Folder and see where OE is
storing its data files.
Close OE.
Go to the store folder with Windows Explorer and delete Deleted Items.dbx.
With Win2K and WinXP it will be a hidden file.
OE will build a new one when you reopen it.
