Registered Devices

Deleting screen names is impossible when I sign in under
Master screen name a box appears saying screen names can
not be deleted that have Registered Devices? this means
every one in the Household, I have no control over Adding
or Deletin Screen names, Can you help?

Make sure they are logged off, first.
