Admin Privaleges

I have three other members of my family using this
computer, each with their own desktop and id. Only my
desktop has Adminstrative privilages, the others do not.
The SATA Raid Chipset and/or Bios sends messages about
the Raid Array. When the others use their desktop they
always get the messages "Could not create or open
SATARaids key, Default values will be used" and "Event
Logger file could not be created". I don't get these
messages just the other users. I don't want to give the
others Administrative privaleges. Is there a way to turn
these messages off?

I sent this note to GIGABYTE support but they said this
is a Windows problem.
