CD-RW keeps saying Power Callibration Error

WHen i try to burn a CD using NERO - the message POwer
Callibration Error keeps appearing and I am unable to
burn a CD - any ideas?

It is my understanding that this can happen when recording music that
has been normalized to 100% or greater. From another application, there
is a recommendation that normalization should be set to 96% to make
certain that power calibration is not an issue.

YMMV. I rarely record music so I cannot verify this myself.
