I am hoping that someone can help me with this problem.
When trying to run a virus scan on my computer with Norton
I am receiving this error message. The message is exactly
as it appears in the window.

An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Line:53
Char: 2
Error: Error in loading the DLL
Code:0
URL:res//C:Progra~1\Norton~1\Norton~1\NAVCOMUI.DLL/ScanProg.htm

The error title is Internet Explorer Script Error.
After the above message is displayed, it asks if I wish to
continue running script on this page and regardless if I
answer "yes or no" it will appear to run my virus scan but
in actuallity it does not and have had this problem for
almost 2 months. If anyone has answers to this troubling
question, please e-mail me at . Thank you
for taking the time to help.

Check with Norton.

In the meantime: Check your settings here:

IE/Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/Disable Script Debugging and Display a
notification about every script error.
