I have an Acer C2410A (24X10X40)CDRW installed and my
software is PrassiPrimoCD. I also have Veritas DLA
installed. When I try to run the burning software I
receive a message that states "compatible hardware not
found". When I go into Device Manager, the CDRW is not
listed and also I am unable to open the drive by pressing
the front buttons...How do I get my system to recognize
the hardware ?? Thank you..
