unable to install hp officejet 6110 software (help)

I have just purchased a hp office 6110 printer (all in
one), but after I put the installation disc to the
computer, it will run only 18% and then not responding,
no error messages or anything, it just not doing
anything, please help

Did you by any chance attach the printer to the computer before installing
the software?

I did not hook up the printer. I loaded the same disc to
my friend computer, it work, but it don't work on my
laptop.

Hi,

Make sure there is no scratch on the disc.
Also check that the laser len of your CD rom is clean.
