downloading problem

I keep getting a white box w/a red x in the middle when I try to download from a certain site. Am I missing some script, and if so can I find somewhere to download it from? I am new, help.

Easiest solution may be to empty Temporary Internet Files folder. In IE, go
to Tools>Internet Options...> General tab>"Delete Files" button in middle
section. If the problem site is graphics-filled and there is no room in the
Temporary folder, they won't appear. Also, click on the "Settings..."
button to the right; in next dialog box is a slider and a box to increase
amount of available space for Temporary Internet Files. I set mine for 10
GB or roughly 15% of HD space; note that one must have this amount free.
