A friend down the street is having problems with his computer. When it
starts up it goes into the windows setup where you can go to safe mode or
step by step config. My question is how can I help him. It says that he is
missing some kind of file. Sorry I don't know what it is right now. Anyway
is their something I can do. I have the windows disk but when I put that in
It won't come out of that windows setup

You need to provide more information, such as the exact error message, file
