I'm new to XP. I have a digital camera; the camera and XP are having issues. When I tried to install the camera software I got the message "the file 'usbscan.sys' from the XP service pack 1 cd is needed". I downloaded and installed service pack 1 but t
he needed file was not there. Any suggestions???

Hi Albert,
Set folder options/view tab to see hidden and system files. Then locate this
folder:
C:\Windows\ServicePackFiles\I386
You should find the file you need here, just copy it to the
C:\Windows\system32 folder and overwrite any existing one if prompted.
