Try opening add/remove programs,uninstall the software
for the keyboard,if you dont have it,get it from the
mfg web site,uninstall,then re-install after restart.
You can also go to device mgr.,uninstall the keyboard,
re-start computer,then go to add/hardware,install,re-
load software from mfg.
