When I go to the Windows Update site, I'm getting this
error message:

"Send error number to Microsoft (0x80072F76)
Note This sends error information but does not create a
support incident; you may or may not receive a response."

This has been going on for days!!!

Windows Update Fails:
Disable your anti-virus when obtaining the updates.

You may well have a virus on your system.. can you get into 'Help and
Support' or do a search for files on your computer.. failure of these two
things also points to a virus being present..
