Backup Fails

I'm attempting to back up one pc to another pc via a
LAN. I consistently get the following failure. Can you
offer any tips what to check?

FYI, there's more than enough disk capacity on the
destination hard drive. I've also disable the power
management feature of turning off the hard drive power
off of the destination pc.
