passwords

my sister registered with msn and all was well for about a week , but now it
wont accept the password, cant change password or cant create a new account
.. is she or has she done something wrong?

Did she open an MSN Internet Access account? If yes and this is what she's
having trouble with, she should contact MSN customer support.

If you are referring to a passport account, she can check the page below
for help with passport. There is also a link there for resetting the
password:
